James F. Fleming
James F. Fleming is manager of human resources and governmental affairs for the Vulcan Materials Company, Southeast Division. He is a former member of the board of the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and was previously employed by the DeKalb chamber. He is active in several trade associations and civic associations, including the National Stone and Georgia Crushed Stone Associations and the Georgia Mining Association. He has served on the Northeast Georgia Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the board of directors of the Metro Atlanta and Gwinnett Chambers of Commerce. Fleming was the recipient of the 1989 Rock Products Registrar Award recognizing leadership in the stone industry. He earned a bachelor of business administration from the University of Georgia. Fleming, his wife, Candy, and two boys, Brad and Buck live in Dacula.
